Fitness Fun For Seniors
The North Shore Community Centre thanks Jan for providing a low-impact exercise class targeted for seniors. She provides sessions Tuesdays from 1:15pm until 2:45pm and Fridays from 10:30am until 11:45am. Cost is $5 a class plus $2.00 per class drop-in fee payable to NSCCS. ($7.00 total per class). Members of NSCCS receive $1 discount.
